Order & Payment
We accept payment via all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit or credit cards and Paynow.
Your order will be confirmed immediately. An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.
Please take a screenshot of the error message (if any) and drop us a message here and we will be glad to help you on this.
There might be a few possible reasons why your payment was unsuccessful – instable connection or card issues.
If you're still having trouble placing an order after multiple attempts, please contact us with a screenshot of the error and we'll sort it out for you.

We currently offer free courier delivery on New Arrivals with a minimum spent of S$20 for local orders.

We don't deliver to P.O. boxes, army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore because your delivery requires a signature upon receipt.
Your order will be scheduled for redelivery in 3 business days.
Please take note that additional redelivery fees may apply if there are multiple missed delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Size exchanges subjected to availability. Please keep the items intact and it has to be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. You will need to pay for the courier charges to pick up the items and redelivery of the exchanged sizes.
This policy excludes clothing purchased on sale or on promotion, and gift cards.
We sincerely apologize for our oversight and please give us a chance to fix this. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the date of delivery with order number, the product code of the item you ordered and the product code of the item you received. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible on the next steps to take. All items must be received in its original condition with its tag intact, unworn, and unwashed. In the event that the merchandise you originally purchased is sold out, a credit voucher will be issued to your account.
